MISSISSAUGA, Ont. -- HP has introduced a new notebook PC designed as a desktop replacement for small- and medium-sized businesses--the HP Compaq Business Notebook nx9500. The notebook's full-size keyboard features a convenient, integrated numeric keypad for customers--such as real estate agents, accountants and other professionals--who frequently work with numbers. The 17-inch WXGA+ display features NVIDIA's high-end GeForce FX Go5700 discrete graphics. The nx9500 also offers integrated industry-standard 802.11g, modem and LAN solutions for wired or wireless connectivity. The unit features an Intel Pentium 4 processor with Hyper-Threading Technology, as well as a five-in-one media slot, which includes Secure Digital (SD), MultiMedia Card (MMC), Memory Stick, Memory Stick Pro and Smart Media.
