Dell laptop computer

Jack Weigand wanted a new laptop, so he ordered one from Dell and was given a delivery date of February 21. The day came and went, and no computer arrived. Dell had canceled his order: Weigand is a gun dealer, and the company says it is required by law to screen buyers and deny computers to those who might use them illegally.
