The Association of Business and Legal Editors LLC has attempted to make compliance with the record-keeping requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) much easier with the release of the software package The OSHA Desktop Recorder. The software allows users to enter data on a simple interactive form, and the Windows-compatible program is designed to create all the reports and records required by OSHA. Users will be able to post current OSHA Form 300 logs of injuries and illnesses; generate the OSHA Form 300A, an annual summary of injuries and illnesses; prepare an updated OSHA Form 301 incident report; and have instant online access to all OSHA record-keeping requirements.
