Singles, save with Crystal

Crystal Cruises has waived the single supplement for most stateroom categories, and is offering special savings and future benefits for those sailing on the line's Oct. 19 Fort Lauderdale-to-Buenos Aires cruise aboard Crystal Symphony. The itinerary includes calls at St. John and St. Thomas, USVI, and Fortaleza, Brazil, plus overnight visits in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The 17-day itinerary is taking up to 50% off published fares. For reservations made by July 31, travelers will enjoy an additional "Best of Everything" saving of $500 per person. Travelers seeking sole-occupancy staterooms can save more than $3,000 off the cruise fares. Fares start at $4,450 per person for double- or single-occupancy staterooms.

SeaDream 'War Fares'

SeaDream Yacht Club is offering "War Fares" for its 2003 European season. Bookings for the 7-day Mediterranean sailings of SeaDream I and II now start at $1,699 per person, double--down from $3,450.

These prices are for Yacht Class staterooms on the twin ultraluxury megayachts that each accommodate only 55 couples. Government fees and handling and service charges add an additional $235 per person. Fares are subject to change.
