NAI/James E. Hanson, Inc. announced the sale of two Dean Tire facilities to Strauss Discount Auto. The properties include' a 4,000 SF building on Route 23 in Wayne, N.J. and a 6,907 SF building on Route 10 in East Hanover, N.J. Gary Sauerborn, vice president of NAI/James E. Hanson, represented Dean Tire in the transaction. Joan Cenicola, sales associate, represented Strauss.

Strauss Discount Auto will renovate both facilities and utilize them as auto retail centers.
