HOW YOU CAN CLAIM

ALL you have to do to claim your free DVD, video or game rental is collect three of the five differently-numbered tokens appearing in the Daily Mirror and Sunday Mirror until Thursday March 13.

Attach your tokens to the collector form printed on the right and take it along to your nearest Blockbuster store between Tuesday March 11 and Thursday March 13, 2003. Just take along a credit or debit card, or two forms of recently- dated identification - one which shows your current name and address, like a utility bill, the other with your signature, such as your passport. Members must be aged over 18.
